1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and ADEPT LABS TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED (“ADEPT Labs”, “we”, “us”). They apply to all apps, games, and services we publish (each, an “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using an App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to use our apps

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps on Apple- or Android-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded from.

For Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to your use of the App. Where these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA conflict for an App obtained through the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA governs to the extent of that conflict.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of an App, except where permitted by law;
• use an App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose, or to infringe the rights of others;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to an App, our servers, or related systems;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit an App or its content without our written permission.

4. Purchases, subscriptions, and renewals

Some Apps offer in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments are handled by the app store (Apple or Google), subject to their terms. Before you buy, the App will show the title, duration, and price of the subscription and what it includes.

Auto-renewal: a subscription automatically renews at the end of each period at the price shown, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app-store account settings after purchase.

Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made through Apple or Google.

5. Your content

If an App lets you create or submit content, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only as needed to operate the feature you are using. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to it.

6. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their software, design, branding, and content we provide, are owned by ADEPT Labs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you except the limited license stated above.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADEPT Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using an App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access to an App if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9. App stores as third-party beneficiaries

This agreement is between you and ADEPT Labs only, and not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for an App or its content, and are not obligated to provide any maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any App-related claim (including product-liability, legal-compliance, and consumer-protection claims) is our responsibility, not the app store’s, to the extent stated in these Terms and the app store’s own agreements.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. For Apps obtained through the Apple App Store, the governing-law terms of Apple’s Standard EULA also apply as described above.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of an App after non-material changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
